SpecterOps Inc. is seeking a Field Marketing Manager for Americas West.

The role is remote in the United States with travel for events, conferences, and quarterly company gatherings. You will own multi-region, high-impact programs that drive engagement and contribute to measurable pipelines by translating territory priorities into actionable plans and driving execution with Sales, SDRs, ABM, and Demand Gen.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B marketing experience with field/ regional or event focus.
• Proven track record owning multi-market programs and driving pipeline.
• Ability to translate strategy into clear programs and milestones.
• Strong written and verbal communication with cross-functional partners.
• Experience managing budgets and forecasting results.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-region field marketing programs including conferences and ABM events.
• Own the territory strategy for Americas West with plan, milestones and measures.
• Collaborate with Sales, SDRs, ABM, and Demand Gen to scale targeted programs.
• Manage programs end-to-end from requirements to delivery with limited guidance.
• Develop compelling narratives and present plans to diverse audiences.
• Oversee budgets, vendor performance, and investment optimization.
• Build territory forecasts and dashboards to show ROI and pipeline impact.
• Improve field marketing processes for consistent delivery and cross-region alignment.
