Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in event planning/field marketing or related roles.
• Strong communication, organizational, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and CRM systems like Microsoft Dynamics (a plus).

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage in-person events for sales teams (NY, Mid-Atlantic, Southeast).
• Coordinate logistics, budgeting, registrations, and MDF requests.
• Vendor and venue relationship management; pre-site venue visits as needed.
• Schedule speakers and coordinate calendars; track attendees and expenses.
