Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Requires 1 year of inventory auditing or retail experience in a convenience store environment.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with no major offenses and current liability car insurance.

Responsibilities

• Verifies merchandise and cash in stores by conducting a physical count with a handheld device.
• Notifies store managers of wrong prices and pulls out-of-code merchandise.
• Counts and records cash, checks, and food stamps in registers and safes.
• Verifies money orders, lottery ticket inventory and bank deposits.
• Verifies gasoline inventory by sticking tanks and checking for water.
• Performs surveys to verify compliance with procedures.
• Works safely and with minimal supervision.
• Capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Contributes to team results as needed.
• Occasional overnight travel may be required.
