Stepful, Inc. is seeking an events-focused leader to own end-to-end execution of conferences and trade shows, run the paid webinar program, and help launch Stepful's 2027 event.

You will partner with Growth leadership on event strategy, manage logistics, budgets, staffing, vendors, and build scalable playbooks using AI tools to speed up work. This fully remote role offers equity and a learning stipend.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end execution of conferences and trade shows.
• Run the paid webinar program and help launch Stepful's 2027 event.
• Partner with Growth leadership on event strategy.
• Manage event logistics, budgets, staffing, and vendors.
• Set up HubSpot lead capture and post-event follow-up.
• Build repeatable playbooks and use AI tools to speed up work.
