Wing Assistant is looking for a Field & Events Marketer to manage our presence at industry events across North America. This role involves sourcing events, negotiating contracts, executing logistics, and driving pipeline through effective on-site management. Ideal candidates will have 1-4 years of relevant experience, excellent communication skills, and a strong project management background. The position is fully remote but requires proximity to major airport hubs for travel. Salary ranges from $60,000 to $80,000 annually with additional perks.

Qualifications

• 1 to 4 years of experience in event marketing, field marketing, or event coordination.
• Track record of organizing events end to end.
• Experience managing an events budget.
• Comfortable defining KPIs and building reports.
