Job summary

AMERISAFE is seeking a detail-oriented Field Auditor in Florida, responsible for conducting virtual and physical audits on policyholder accounts with high accuracy. The role demands excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills, ensuring compliance with guidelines and timely audit completion.

Candidates must have prior experience in auditing or accounting and possess a valid driver's license. The position allows for independent work as well as some overnight travel for physical audits.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a similar Auditing role, Accounting or Workers Compensation preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving history.

Responsibilities

• Organize and manage a geographic territory of policyholder accounts.
• Schedule and complete audits virtually or at a location designated by policyholder.
• Examine policyholder records including accounting, payroll and tax documents.
