Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry or Physics with 5+ years of applications experience in advanced manufacturing or semiconductor processes.
• Master's degree in Engineering, Chemistry or Physics is desirable.
• Travel is up to 35% (Domestic and International).

Responsibilities

• Develop a high-performing applications team through talent development, coaching, and mentoring.
• Lead a comprehensive field application strategy with peers and stakeholders to drive growth.
• Drive design-win growth by setting targets and identifying opportunities.
• Foster technical relationships with major accounts with cross-functional collaboration.
• Establish and maintain benchmark customer-excellence processes and ensure exceptional service to customers.
• Utilize data-driven insights to monitor performance and guide decisions.
• Own budget planning and management for the field applications function.
