We have an opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Remote Feed Technician in Blacks Harbour, NB.

The Role:

Due to continued growth, we are seeking a result-oriented, energetic individual to join our Remote Feeding Team in Blacks Harbour, NB.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Feeding salmon from a central location.
  2. Following company feed strategies.
  3. Monitoring feed, environmental conditions, and fish behaviors.
  4. Recording daily production data.
  5. Communicating with site crews regarding daily activities and issues.
Qualifications & Skills:
  1. Experience in feeding fish at seawater sites is highly desirable but not essential; on-the-job training will be provided.
  2. Post-secondary certificate or diploma preferred.
  3. Advanced computer skills, including software, word processing, spreadsheets, and email.
  4. Good organizational and daily planning skills; action-oriented.
  5. Attention to detail and data analysis skills.
  6. Excellent communication skills.
  7. Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  8. Reliability and punctuality.
