Job summary

Oddball is hiring a Digital Solutions Architect to join Oddball Labs. You will design and develop technical solutions for federal contracts, building a library of patterns and ensuring alignment with federal IT standards.

Responsibilities include leading architecture from prototype to production, contributing to technical volumes, and collaborating across teams during capture, proposal, and pricing cycles.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
7+ years IT/software engineering with 3+ years as architect/lead.
Familiar with Agile, DevSecOps, AI/ML lifecycle.
Experience with FAR/IDIQ structures and federal evaluation criteria.

Responsibilities

Support pre-RFP capture through solution whiteboarding, customer meetings, and concept development.
Lead architecture, design, and build on software solutions from prototype to production.
Deconstruct RFPs, PWS/SOWs, and Section L/M criteria to drive compliant solutions.
Write and contribute to technical volumes including architecture, DevSecOps, data strategy, and AI/ML approaches.
Build library of products, patterns, and past performance mappings.
