Job summary

AuraOne is seeking a remote Federal Reporting & Staff Writing Expert to evaluate model outputs against a versioned rubric and provide structured feedback. The contractor will compare paired responses, label issues, and help improve future prompts and rubrics.

Ideal candidates have prior evaluation or annotation experience with federal reporting content, strong attention to detail, and the ability to apply rubrics across long batches. Remote, US-eligible contractors are welcome.

Qualifications

• Experience evaluating federal reporting staff writing evaluation prompts or related content.
• Ability to apply multi-page rubrics consistently across long batches.
• Clear written reasoning naming the issue and rubric clause.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate model outputs against a versioned rubric and assign severity tags.
• Compare paired responses and select the stronger answer with rationale.
• Label hallucinations, instruction-following failures, and unsafe content with structured tags.
• Capture ambiguous prompts and route them for rubric updates.
• Calibrate reviewer scores against gold-standard examples weekly.
• Document recurring failure modes for model improvement.
