Job summary

Arcetyp LLC, a growing government-focused consulting firm in Arlington, VA, seeks a Project Manager to lead correspondence and project management support for Federal programs. You will direct contract activities, ensure compliance with schedules and quality standards, and prepare briefing materials for Government stakeholders.

The PM will oversee development of the PMP, manage risks and issues, and coordinate with CO, COR, and ORMS leadership on priorities and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Minimum ten years of experience providing business services to Federal organizations.
• Demonstrated expertise in Federal Records Management.
• Demonstrated expertise in FOIA requirements and processes.
• Demonstrated expertise in FACA requirements and processes.
• Demonstrated expertise in Section 508 accessibility compliance.
• Demonstrated expertise in Federal technical writing and documentation development.
• Experience managing Federal projects involving correspondence management, content management, records management, or business process improvement.
• Experience developing project plans, schedules, risk management plans, and executive-level reports and briefings.
• Minimum two years of experience with Federal correspondence management systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the contractor's primary interface with the Government.
• Manage overall contract performance and personnel.
• Develop and maintain the Project Management Plan.
• Monitor project schedules, milestones, risks, and deliverables.
• Lead quality assurance and quality control activities.
• Prepare monthly, annual, and ad hoc reports.
• Facilitate executive meetings and document decisions and action items.
