Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform simulated motion drafting and litigation-strategy exercises.
• Develop persuasive arguments grounded in facts, procedure, and authority.
• Evaluate how issues should be framed for effective judicial advocacy.
• Assess factual organization and argument sequencing for strategy.
