Job summary

Cameo Consulting Group, LLC, a management consulting practice based out of Alexandria, VA, is seeking several qualified HR Staffing Specialists to support a current Federal client in Washington, DC. The positions are full-time, long-term, and 100% remote.

Candidates should have expert knowledge of Federal Civil Service rules, experience with DE/merit staffing, and the ability to process large volumes of applicants under tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of Federal Civil Service rules and regulations in multiple HR disciplines, especially staffing, personnel action processing and position classification.
• Experience with Monster Government Staffing Solution to administer DE and merit promotion staffing recruitment case management.

Responsibilities

• Provide DE and merit staffing support for Title 5 positions at GS-15 and below.
• Review applications for eligibility and perform qualifications analysis.
• Coordinate and lead applicant evaluation panels and develop position descriptions.
• Advise on staffing procedures and compliance with Federal regulations.
• Use automated systems (Monster Government Solutions Staffing System) for DE and merit staffing.
• Monitor service levels and improve timeliness and quality of staffing actions.
