Job summary

Innovate! Inc. is seeking a seasoned Project Manager / Key Personnel Lead to drive federal geospatial program execution and lead multidisciplinary technical teams in a remote setting.

You will coordinate schedules, manage risks, oversee contract deliverables, and maintain regular coordination with the COR and stakeholders to ensure milestone-driven success. U.S. citizenship and three years residence are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (BA/BS).
• 10 years of project management experience required.
• Experience with federal geospatial programs is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide organization chart and qualifications of contractor staff.
• Oversee delivery of monthly, quarterly, and annual deliverables.
• Conduct Post Award Meeting.
• Provide project management artifacts (QC plan, PMP, work plans).
• Coordinate with COR and stakeholders via regular calls/reports.
• Lead multiple projects.
• Work with SME/PM for task management.
• Ensure solutions and schedules are timely and effective.
• Perform enterprise-wide integration planning and interface with other systems.
• Implement project controls and use tools to develop schedules and WBS.
