Job summary

Censeo Consulting Group, a Washington, D.C.-based firm, is seeking a Contract Specialist for federal contracting. You will guide acquisition lifecycles, draft SOWs and RFPs, and advise senior government stakeholders.

A FAC-C or civilian equivalent with 5+ years of experience is required, along with strong communication and analytical skills. The role supports hybrid work arrangements in the DC area and offers competitive compensation aligned with experience.

Qualifications

• BA/BS from an accredited university is required.
• 5+ years of federal government acquisition management activities.
• Current or previous FAC-C Certification for a minimum of 5 years or civilian equivalent.
• Experience with Integrated Contracts Expert (ICE).
• Knowledge of FAR and agency-specific regulations is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide acquisition lifecycle planning and execution support.
• Develop SOWs/PWSs, IGCEs, market research, and RFPs.
• Advise government executives, CORs, and managers on acquisition lifecycle.
• Support pre-solicitation and solicitation notices for OAS review.
• Serve as liaison between programs and acquisition offices on complex procurements.
• Ensure timely completion of task deliverables and process improvements.
