San Bernardino Fatherhood is seeking a dedicated Fatherhood Program Specialist to support fathers through mentorship, education, and community resources. Responsibilities include facilitating workshops, providing one-on-one case management support, and connecting fathers to resources. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s Degree in social work or related field and experience working with at-risk families. This position offers flexible work-from-home options and requires a valid California Driver’s License and background check.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in community outreach or working with at-risk fathers/families.
• 3 years of experience in social/human services or fatherhood programming.
• Knowledge of community resources is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate workshops on parenting skills and positive discipline.
• Provide case management support to fathers.
• Connect fathers to community resources like housing and employment.
