Job summary

Nongmin Consultancy Services Ltd. is seeking an experienced E-commerce Marketing Manager Specialist to drive fashion ecommerce growth.

You will plan data-driven marketing strategies, manage campaigns across Shopify and social platforms, and collaborate with content creators and designers to scale revenue. The role emphasizes understanding fashion marketing, customer psychology, and performance marketing, with remote work from Bangladesh-based applicants.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in fashion ecommerce marketing or related
• Strong knowledge of fashion ecommerce and customer psychology
• Proven track record driving revenue and brand visibility

Responsibilities

• Research, plan, and execute data-driven marketing for ecommerce sales
• Analyze audiences, behavior, and fashion trends to boost conversion
• Develop growth strategies across Shopify, social media, marketplaces and channels
• Coordinate fashion product shoots, campaigns and content planning
• Collaborate with content creators, designers, developers, and media buyers
• Manage and optimize brand presence on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, Google and more
• Work with media buyers to scale high-performing campaigns
• Build social commerce strategies to boost engagement and sales
• Monitor KPIs, ROAS, CAC, and conversion metrics
• Research competitors and fashion trends for growth opportunities
• Shape brand voice, campaign messaging, and seasonal promotions
