Travel Navigator Co. is looking for a warm, organized individual to join our team as a Remote Family Vacation Specialist. In this role, you will help families plan and book memorable trips, including theme park vacations, cruises, and all-inclusive resort stays, while making sure each detail fits their needs and budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist families with planning and booking theme park trips, cruises, resorts, and vacation packages
- Speak with clients to learn about their travel dates, group size, children's ages, and preferences
- Research and recommend destinations, accommodations, and activities that work for the whole family
- Explain package inclusions, room types, and trip options in a clear, helpful way
- Confirm availability, pricing, and reservation details with travel suppliers
- Send clients timely updates, confirmations, and reminders before their trip
- Help resolve issues and handle changes to existing reservations
- Keep accurate records of bookings, payments, and client information
- Follow company procedures and support the team with administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Experience in customer service, hospitality, sales, or travel is helpful but not required
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Friendly, patient communication and a customer-first attitude
- Comfortable using computers, online platforms, and virtual communication tools
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with reliable internet access
- Interest in travel and helping families create great experiences
- Must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work
