Job summary

RemoteJobsOne is seeking a Family Medicine Hospitalist contractor to contribute medical expertise to an AI training project focused on inpatient care and documentation standards. You will review records, ensure accuracy, and provide feedback to improve models.

This fully remote role requires 5+ years of hospitalist experience, MD or DO board-certified in Family Medicine, and recent inpatient experience. Work from anywhere with flexible scheduling and meaningful impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hospitalist experience.
• MD or DO, board certified in Family Medicine (or Family Medicine with a Hospital Medicine focus or certification).
• Current or recent inpatient/hospitalist experience (within the last 2 years).
• Strong understanding of inpatient documentation and hospital workflows.

Responsibilities

• Review medical records, including FHIR data and clinical notes, for AI training.
• Check whether clinical information and claims are supported by the medical record.
• Review inpatient documentation, including HPI, PMH, assessments, and plans.
• Follow clear guidelines and apply the same standards consistently.
• Identify missing, incorrect, or inconsistent information in medical records.
• Share feedback to help improve AI models and data quality.
• Communicate clearly with the project team about your work and findings.
