Job summary

Wright Family Law Group is seeking an experienced family law paralegal to join the team. The role involves managing cases with attorneys from intake to resolution, drafting pleadings, preparing discovery, and organizing case files.

The ideal candidate is based in the US (Massachusetts preferred), highly organized, and a strong writer who can stay calm under busy periods. Clio experience is a plus; this is a full-time remote opportunity for US-based candidates.

Qualifications

• Experience as a family law paralegal; not entry-level.
• Paralegal certificate or equivalent training.
• Based in the US, MA preferred; MA family law or court experience is a plus.
• Organized and dependable, able to own deadlines.
• Strong writer even under pressure.
• Comfortable with case management software; Clio is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Manage family law cases alongside attorney from intake through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, financial statements, and client correspondence.
• Prepare and organize discovery, exhibits, and case files.
• Keep clients updated and keep attorney ahead of deadlines.
• Maintain matters and case files in Clio.
• Track court deadlines and filing requirements.
