Acrnet in Bellevue is seeking a senior family law attorney to cover Yakima, Benton, and Franklin County matters with a dedicated remote legal assistant and intake/marketing teams backing you.

You will focus on case strategy, client advice, and negotiations while courts periodically require travel; staff support handles calendar, filings, and client updates. Partnership available after five years.

Formación

• Five+ years of experience, preferably in family law.
• Active WSBA membership in good standing or pursuing Washington admission.
• Spanish language ability preferred; probate litigation or estate planning interest welcome.

Responsabilidades

• Develop case strategy and provide client advice.
• Negotiate settlements and represent clients in court.
• Collaborate with a remote legal assistant and support teams.
• Manage workload with weekly workload surveys and case assignments.
