You will advise clients through emotionally complex matters, develop strategic, client-focused legal plans, and represent in mediations, hearings, and court proceedings while drafting filings.

Qualifications

• Must be admitted to the Washington State Bar in good standing.
• 1–5+ years of legal experience.
• Strong legal writing and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Reliable internet and phone access.
• Commitment to professionalism, collaboration, and client advocacy.

Responsibilities

• Advising clients on family law matters with empathy and professionalism.
• Developing legal strategies tailored to each client’s goals.
• Representing clients in mediations, negotiations, hearings, and court proceedings.
• Drafting motions, pleadings, and legal correspondence.
• Empowering clients through education and clear communication.
• Collaborating with attorneys and staff to improve processes and client experience.
• Maintaining high-quality, cost-effective legal services.
