Job summary

BridgeBio is seeking a Family Access Manager (FAM) in the West region to educate families and care partners on access, affordability, and reimbursement for BridgeBio’s skeletal dysplasia assets. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align on patient services goals and execute product launch activities.

The role requires strong communication, relationship‑building, and analytical skills, with 40–60% domestic travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–8 years Biotech/Pharma experience in patient services or market access.
• Experience with hub models, copay programs, and patient support initiatives.
• Bilingual Spanish is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide families/care partners with access and affordability support for BridgeBio assets.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Sales, Marketing and other teams to ensure compliant patient journeys.
• Lead geographic opportunities and coordinate with hub partners to resolve access hurdles.
• Manage ForgingBridges relationships and onboard new families to support programs.
• Travel 40–60% domestically to support regional and national activities.
