Job summary

Camarillo Fitness Management Holdings LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Facilities Coordinator to assist the Facilities Manager with maintenance and facilities tickets for 120 Orangetheory Fitness Studios. The role focuses on keeping facilities safe, functional, and well-maintained while supporting regional staff and vendors.

The ideal candidate will manage tickets, coordinate maintenance with staff and vendors, and oversee service contracts to ensure uptime and compliance across the studio

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CMMS or facility management software.
• Experience in vendor and contractor management.
• Familiarity with building codes and compliance standards.
• Working knowledge of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for facility-related issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
• Coordinate routine maintenance and repairs with studio staff and external vendors.
• Monitor and manage service contracts (e.g., HVAC, Cardio equipment, pest control).
• Maintain records related to building maintenance, inspections, and service logs.
• Assist in planning and executing facility improvement projects.
• Respond to and manage facility-related tickets and requests through internal systems.
