Job summary

Cognizant Technology Solutions Corporation is seeking a FACETS Data & SQL Analyst to support healthcare data analysis, extraction, and reporting using FACETS and SQL Server. You will work with client and delivery teams to understand data requirements and develop SQL-based solutions.

The role covers data across Eligibility, Claims, and Providers, and offers a remote US-based work model with flexibility and focus on work-life balance.

Qualifications

• 6 years of experience with FACETS in a healthcare technology or healthcare payer environment.
• Strong knowledge of the FACETS Data Model and the ability to analyze and extract data from FACETS.
• Good functional knowledge of Eligibility, Claims, and Provider domains within FACETS.
• Extensive hands-on experience developing SQL scripts and SQL stored procedures using Microsoft SQL Server.
• Ability to translate business and reporting requirements into accurate data queries, extracts, and reporting solutions.

Responsibilities

• Perform data analysis within FACETS to support business, operational, and reporting requirements.
• Develop SQL scripts for data extraction, analysis, validation, and reporting from FACETS.
• Work directly with client stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into effective SQL solutions.
• Develop and maintain SQL scripts and stored procedures in Microsoft SQL Server.
• Analyze data across key FACETS functional areas, including Eligibility, Claims, and Providers, and support validation and troubleshooting activities.
