Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a FACETS Data & SQL Analyst to support healthcare data analysis, extraction, and reporting using FACETS and SQL Server. This remote role, open to qualified applicants in the United States, involves applying data requirements to develop SQL-based solutions for healthcare operations.

You will perform FACETS data analysis, create SQL scripts and stored procedures, and collaborate with client stakeholders to translate needs into effective queries and reports.

Qualifications

• 6 years of experience working with FACETS in a healthcare technology or healthcare payer environment.
• Strong knowledge of the FACETS Data Model and the ability to analyze and extract data from FACETS.
• Good functional knowledge of Eligibility, Claims, and Provider domains within FACETS.
• Extensive hands-on experience developing SQL scripts and SQL stored procedures using Microsoft SQL Server.
• Ability to translate business and reporting requirements into accurate data queries, extracts, and reporting solutions.

About the role

As a FACETS Data & SQL Analyst, you will support healthcare data analysis, extraction, and reporting using FACETS and SQL Server. You will work collaboratively with client and delivery teams to understand data requirements, analyze FACETS data, and develop SQL-based solutions that support healthcare operations and reporting needs.

In this role, you will:

• Experience troubleshooting and validating complex healthcare data across Eligibility, Claims, and Provider functional areas.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.

The annual salary for this position will be in the range of $113,000 - $130,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
