REMOTE F/T OVERNIGHT RN TELEPHONE TRIAGE (NYS LICENSED)

We are seeking qualified Registered Nurses to join our fully remote 24-hour triage center, handling incoming calls from clients in need of immediate medical attention. Our team provides assessment, guidance, and appropriate disposition, working closely with healthcare providers to determine the right care, at the right place, and at the right time.

Requirements:

• Must live within a 2-hour drive to the WNY area.
• Unrestricted NYS RN license with at least two years of clinical experience in emergency, critical care, med/surg, or primary care RN telephone triage.
• Current CPR/BLS and Infection Control Certification.
• Proficiency in computer applications and internet use.

Work Schedule:

Rotating (4) 10-hour shifts, including weekends, with a premium shift differential.

Salary: $68,000-$71,500, including excellent benefits.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls, assess patient health status, and recommend appropriate care levels.
• Develop nursing care plans and document all actions accurately.
• Communicate effectively with healthcare team members and maintain professional relationships.
• Adhere to ethical, legal, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• NY State RN licensure.
• Minimum two years of relevant clinical or triage experience.
• Educational qualifications preferred: AAS or Bachelor’s in Nursing.
• Experience in chronic care management and education required.
