Qualifications

• 12 months current experience selling Fannie Mae Loan Products.

• Capacity to coordinate a variety of activities and prioritize work.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent member service via all lines of communication.
• Independently source and develop new referral relationships.
• Accurately interpret Fannie Mae Desktop Underwriter findings.

Skills

Verifiable recent loan production in conventional/conforming products

Thorough knowledge of conventional conforming mortgage principles

Proficient in the operation of office equipment

Professional ability to communicate effectively

Education

High school diploma plus 4 years experience in mortgage lending
