Job summary

Priority Worldwide is seeking an experienced Export Operations Manager to lead a high-performing export team handling international shipments across air, ocean, and intermodal environments. This hands-on leadership role operates in a fast-paced, global logistics setting, owning end-to-end export activities and ensuring compliance and high service levels.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of freight forwarding export operations experience.
• Experience in a team lead or management role.
• Strong knowledge of international air/ocean export processes.
• Hands-on ITAR or regulated cargo experience.
• Experience in high-volume, fast-paced export environments.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead export operations team performance and daily shipment execution.
• Manage end-to-end international export processes from booking to delivery.
• Act as escalation point for complex shipments and service issues.
• Ensure ITAR/regulatory compliance across shipments.
• Coordinate air, ocean, and intermodal export movements.
• Support team development, training, and workflow optimization.
• Maintain communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Track KPIs and reporting for operations.
