TLM Reporting is seeking an Experienced Scopist to join our remote legal transcription team. You will review and edit rough transcripts with a sharp eye for detail, applying precise formatting and legal terminology to ensure accuracy across high-stakes documents.

Responsibilities

Review and edit rough draft transcripts, ensuring accuracy and adherence to formatting standards.
Utilize AutoScript Desktop and other industry-standard software to correct errors in spelling, punctuation, grammar, and legal terminology.
Manage multiple transcription projects simultaneously, maintaining strict adherence to deadlines without compromising quality.
Collaborate with transcriptionists, proofreaders, and legal professionals to ensure transcript integrity.
Interpret and apply complex legal transcription guidelines and client specifications to each document.
