Qualifications

• Experience in design research, digital strategy, product design, and/or service design.
• Story/portfolio shows understanding of business problems with a mix of pioneering and pragmatic approaches.
• Undergraduate and/or Masters Degree in Design or related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Define digital product and service solutions in a collaborative environment.
• Plan, conduct, and interpret primary and secondary research to inform user interaction and visual direction.
• Plan workshops and work sessions with internal and external teams.
• Create experience artifacts like archetypes, journeys, blueprints, ecosystems, prototypes.
• Own area of expertise to advance project vision and outcomes.
• Contribute to shared goals and project impact.
