Remote Expat Tax Senior

The Role

Remote US Expat Tax Senior who can work closely with Managing CPAs to review, assist, and eventually deliver US tax projects from start to finish. Your role is pivotal in upholding our reputation as a premier expat tax service provider.

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience with expat tax preparation
• Current CPA or EA license
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills
• BA in accounting
• Proactive, self-motivated, and a self-leader
• Willingness to work as part of a team
• Ability to follow production schedules and calendars
• Experience reviewing tax returns of varying complexities
• Prior leadership, client-facing, and training experience preferred
• Experience with international forms such as Form 2555, 1116, 8833. Experience with Form 5471, 8865, 8858, 3520, & 8621 is a plus.

Qualifications:

• Experience in US expat tax services
• Strong leadership skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Adaptability and openness to new ideas

• Base salary ranges: Senior 1: $25,000-$43,000; Senior 2: $30,000-$52,000

Regular performance reviews follow the initial probation period, with ongoing assessments of performance.
