Job summary

Exit Factor in St. Louis is expanding its team and is seeking Business Coaches and Consultants. In this role, you will help small to medium-sized business owners enhance their profitability and value. Responsibilities include conducting consulting sessions and engaging with leads. This is a 1099 contract position with commission-based pay and flexibility in scheduling. Ideal candidates will have experience in business consulting or sales and possess strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in M&A or exit strategy preferred.
• Proficiency in conducting Zoom meetings.
• Competence in customer-facing roles essential.

Responsibilities

• Meet with potential clients as part of the Exit Factor process.
• Conduct 1:1 consulting sessions using the Exit Factor system.
• Provide additional resources to enhance client sessions.
