Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in international relations, nonprofit management, higher education, or related fields.
• 8–10 years of program/organizational management experience preferred.
• Experience with fundraising, grant management, and financial oversight is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead APSIA's strategic direction and governance with the Executive Committee.
• Oversee finances, budgeting, reporting, and regulatory compliance for a U.S. nonprofit.
• Manage staff, operations, and external partnerships to advance APSIA’s mission.
