Accelyst is seeking an experienced Microsoft Exchange Administrator to manage enterprise messaging environments, including Exchange Server and Exchange Online, Microsoft 365, and identity services.

You will automate tasks with PowerShell, monitor mail flow, and support migrations and security configurations, collaborating with security, network, and IT teams. This remote, long-term role requires strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience administering Microsoft Exchange environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with Exchange Online and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with Exchange Server 2016/2019 or similar.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory and Entra ID/Azure AD.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Strong understanding of SMTP, DNS, MX records, mail flow, connectors, and transport rules.
• Experience with SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and email security best practices.
• Experience supporting Exchange migrations and hybrid environments.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with ITIL-based incident, problem, and change management.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsabilités

• Administer and support Microsoft Exchange Server and Exchange Online environments.
• Manage mailboxes, distribution groups, shared mailboxes, permissions, and mail policies.
• Perform Exchange migrations, upgrades, configurations, and troubleshooting.
• Manage Microsoft 365 messaging services and Exchange Online administration.
• Configure and troubleshoot mail flow, connectors, transport rules, and routing.
• Monitor messaging infrastructure and resolve performance, availability, and delivery issues.
• Administer AD/Azure AD/Entra ID and identity-related messaging configurations.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate tasks.
• Troubleshoot email delivery, authentication, spam, phishing, and other messaging issues.
• Support email security technologies including SPF, DKIM, DMARC.
• Implement backup, recovery, DR, and business continuity procedures for messaging environments.
• Maintain documentation and runbooks; collaborate with security and network teams.
