Varsity Tutors offers 1-on-1 online Excel tutoring through our Live Learning Platform. You’ll set your own hours, invoice for sessions, and receive compensation up to $40/hour with payments issued up to twice per week.

Join our platform to help students master formulas, pivot tables, dashboards, and data analysis using Excel, while enjoying flexible scheduling and ongoing support from our AI-assisted Copilot tools.

Qualifications

• Advanced mastery of Excel formulas and functions (VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, IF, SUMIFS) and pivot tables.
• Ability to design data dashboards, charts, and conditional formatting for business use.
• Experience with macros and basic VBA for task automation.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 online Excel tutoring through the Varsity Tutors platform.
• Set your own schedule and tutor as much or as little as you like.
• Explain concepts clearly and adapt to student needs across business/data contexts.
