Qualifications

• Sales or service experience preferred, rooter/drain or related industry helpful.
• Strong technical knowledge of residential rooter, drain, and plumbing systems.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and support technicians in the field.
• Excellent customer service and consultative selling skills.
• Valid driver's license with insurable driving record.
• Ability to pass background check and pre-employment drug screen.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and perform minor to non-complex residential rooter, drain, and plumbing work
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to Rooter and Drain Technicians
• Clearly communicate diagnoses and repair or replacement options to homeowners
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every call
• Complete digital work orders using company technology
• Service calls across PG County and surrounding areas
