Job summary

Tidal Financial Group is seeking an Executive Vice President of Fund Operations to lead ETF fund administration, NAV oversight, and regulatory reporting. This senior role requires building a scalable operating model and managing large, high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.

The EVP will coordinate with internal teams and external service providers to ensure accuracy, strong governance, and risk discipline across the ETF platform.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in ETF fund operations or related function.
• Experience leading large teams in high-growth environments.
• Strong knowledge of NAV oversight, valuation, and regulatory filings (SEC).
• Proven ability to build scalable processes and controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall Fund Operations function including ETF administration, NAV review, valuation support, financial reporting, regulatory filings, and board reporting.
• Build and implement a scalable operating model focused on efficiency, risk reduction, and long-term sustainability.
• Oversee multiple fund administration teams ensuring coordination and execution.
• Provide executive oversight of fund expenses, accruals, and related accounting processes.
• Support valuation governance, pricing methodologies, and liquidity monitoring.
• Lead preparation and delivery of board materials and governance reporting.
• Coordinate SEC regulatory filings and fund reporting obligations with service providers.
• Develop policies, procedures, and management reporting for Fund Operations.
