Job summary

Lancesoft is seeking a Pharmacist for an evening shift, fully remote from the USA. The role requires an active state license, 1 year of IV/infusion experience, and strong clinical/pharmacy competencies. You will dispense prescriptions, review interactions, and assist patients and physicians by phone or email to support patient care.

Work schedule is 4pm-1am, Friday through Tuesday, including weekends. A Bachelor’s in Pharmacy or PharmD is required, with high school diploma or GED as a baseline.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD is required.
• Active pharmacy license in good standing is required.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical IV/Infusion experience.

Responsibilities

• Review patient profiles, drug interactions, and usage database for prescriptions.
• Enter prescriptions into the computer and ensure accuracy of dispensing.
• Dispense medications and perform final dispensing quality checks.
• Assist with patient services and respond to medication questions from patients.
• Coordinate with physicians for clarifications and therapeutic interventions when needed.
