Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Engineering, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in data engineering, ETL, database development, or related areas.
• Strong SQL fundamentals.
• Understanding of relational databases.
• Knowledge of ETL/ELT concepts.
• Basic programming experience in Python, Java, or similar language.
• Understanding of data structures and data-processing concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and monitor ETL/ELT data pipelines.
• Extract data from databases, APIs, files, and other source systems.
• Transform and cleanse data according to business requirements.
• Load data into data warehouses and analytical platforms.
• Write and optimize SQL queries.
• Perform data validation and reconciliation.
• Troubleshoot failed or inaccurate data loads.
• Monitor data pipeline performance and identify issues.
• Assist with data-mapping and source-to-target documentation.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers, Data Analysts, and Business Analysts.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for ETL processes.
• Support testing and deployment of data integration solutions.
