Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies seeks an experienced ETL Developer for a 100% remote role in the U.S. You will design, build, and optimize enterprise ETL pipelines feeding data warehouses and cloud analytics platforms.

Collaborate with data architects, engineers, BI developers, and regulatory teams to deliver trusted, scalable data solutions. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in ETL, strong SQL across major RDBMS and cloud platforms (ADF, AWS Glue, GCDF), and hands-on experience with data governance

Qualifications

Five or more years of professional experience developing enterprise ETL solutions.
Hands-on experience with ETL platforms such as Informatica PowerCenter, SSIS, Talend, IBM DataStage, or Pentaho.
Advanced SQL development skills with major DBs like SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, Snowflake, or Teradata.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain enterprise ETL/ELT pipelines for large-scale data integration projects.
Build scalable data ingestion workflows from relational DBs, cloud apps, APIs, files, and ERP systems.
Develop transformation logic for cleansing, standardizing, validating, and enriching large datasets.
Design and optimize batch and near real-time data processing pipelines for reporting and analytics.
Implement SCDs, CDC, incremental loading, and data reconciliation processes.
Develop reusable ETL frameworks and metadata-driven workflows for maintainability.
Perform source-to-target mapping, data profiling, and quality analysis during projects.
Optimize ETL performance via SQL tuning, partitioning, indexing, and parallelism.
Monitor workflows, troubleshoot production issues, and implement proactive recovery.
