Qualifications

• 5+ years of estimating experience in pipe fabrication, mechanical contracting, or industrial construction (preferred).
• Experience with modular or prefabricated systems is a plus.
• Knowledge of industrial piping specs, materials, welding, and QA/QC impact on cost.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed estimates for carbon steel, stainless steel, and specialty process piping.
• Develop pricing for multi-trade modular assemblies and steel supports.
• Coordinate with engineering to resolve model and drawing discrepancies.
• Solicit quotes from vendors/subcontractors and ensure compliant, accurate cost data.
• Support business development with conceptual and budget estimates.
