Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Estimate staffing for Operations & Maintenance (O&M) and related services.
• Develop man hours for staffing and service requirements.
• Prepare conceptual to definitive ODC requirements for large facilities contracts.
• Analyze historic workload data, hours, service type, and costs.
• Proficient use of RS Means or equivalent estimating tools.
• Provide productivity factors and substantiation of rates.
• Coordinate pricing with project management and ensure substantiation.
• Support other estimators and cost proposal managers with RFP follow-up.
• Provide backup documentation for proposal submittals.
• Participate in pricing reviews with upper management.
• Manage multiple complex proposals independently.
• Maintain schedules and deadlines with strong organizational skills.
• Willing to work days, evenings, nights, overtime, weekends, and holidays.
