Job Responsibilities

• Providing expert advice and guidance to clients on a range of financial planning matters, including tax planning, estate planning, and the creation and management of both revocable and irrevocable trusts.
• Conducting thorough analyses of clients' financial situations to develop customized, strategic financial plans that align with their long-term goals and objectives.

Qualifications

• Must have a law degree (Juris Doctor) and a minimum of five (5) years’ experience in estate planning.
• Must have passed the California bar.
• A strong emphasis on tax planning, estate planning, and the management of revocable and irrevocable trusts.
• Proficiency in the use of financial planning software and other relevant technology.
