Legacy Assurance Plan is seeking an Estate Planning Attorney for a part-time, remote role in Kansas. You’ll work as an independent contractor with pre-qualified clients needing wills, trusts and powers of attorney, handling plan delivery and funding guidance.

You control your schedule and caseload, typically handling 3–5 plans per week with steady weekly compensation. Expect 1099 contractor terms and fees paid per plan, with malpractice coverage required.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active bar license in good standing.
• Comfortable advising clients virtually.
• Existing malpractice insurance.
• Multi-state licensure a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Consultations are conducted virtually.
• Manage wills, trusts and powers of attorney for clients (as applicable).
