Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active bar license in good standing.
• Comfortable advising clients virtually.
• Existing malpractice insurance.
• Multi-state licensure a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide estate planning services for wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.
• Conduct virtual consultations with clients.
