A leading IT service provider in Pennsylvania seeks Enterprise Service Management Consultants of all experience levels to work on various projects involving ITSM, HR, and ITAM. Ideal candidates will have a bachelor’s degree in IT or related fields, along with relevant ServiceNow experience. The role includes client collaboration, system customization, and implementation leadership, offering a chance to work in an innovative and supportive environment.

Qualifications

• 0-2+ years (Junior), 3-5+ years (Mid), or 5-8+ years (Senior) of ServiceNow experience.
• Certifications related to ESM solutions are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and design tailored ESM solutions.
• Develop, configure, and customize ESM modules to meet business needs.
• Lead or support end-to-end implementations and integrations.

Skills

Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Basic to advanced scripting skills (JavaScript, Glide, AngularJS)

Familiarity with core ESM solution functionalities

Ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments

Education

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
