Job summary

A leading online education platform is seeking experienced educators to join as tutors. The tutors will have a flexible schedule, teaching ESL students from Asia with 1 on 1 lessons. Applicants should have at least 3 years of teaching experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and be available for a minimum of 20 hours a week. The role offers a base rate of $20 plus incentives. Candidates must be located in the U.S. or Canada and show passion and reliability.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience teaching grades K-12 ELA, ESL, or EFL.
• Experience with K-12 ELA/Math standards.
• Fast Internet connection with access to a PC.
• Minimum of 20 hours of availability on a weekly basis.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized 1 on 1 instruction for students.
• Communicate with parents and students professionally.
• Prepare appropriate lesson materials for students.
• Submit Class Feedback after each lesson.
