Job summary

An online tutoring platform is seeking experienced educators to teach ESL students based in Asia. As a tutor, you will provide personalized, one-on-one instruction with a flexible schedule. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s Degree and has at least three years of teaching experience. This independent contractor role offers a base rate of $20 USD per hour, with additional incentives and bonuses. You should be available between 6-9 AM EST to engage with students effectively.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience teaching grades K-12 ELA, ESL, or EFL.
• Teaching license preferred but not required.
• Fast and reliable internet connection and access to a PC or Mac.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized 1 on 1 instruction for students.
• Update availability in the Cosmo App.
• Prepare lesson materials appropriate for the student.
