Job summary

Arcticom LLC is seeking an ERP Test Engineer to drive database-focused testing and automation. The role emphasizes TDD adoption at the database layer, building testable APIs, and integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.

Remote work is supported, with security clearance and US citizenship required. The candidate will lead automated test development for MilPDS Oracle code, and ensure repeatable, auditable release gates with data hygiene metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, IT, or a related field.
• 5–10 years in database engineering, software quality engineering, or test automation with Oracle PL/SQL.
• Experience designing and implementing TDD practices at DB or app layer.
• US Citizen with ability to obtain SECRET clearance.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD, schema-as-code, and automated release gating.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate contractor MilPDS Oracle DB code and design a TDD roadmap.
• Architect DB APIs by extracting rules from legacy UI layers into testable components.
• Develop automated DB tests and unit/integration test suites.
• Integrate tests into CI/CD and ensure data hygiene metrics in pipelines.
• Support TRR gates and compliance evidence in releases.
